Matthew carefully checked everything out on my Admiral Heavy Duty Washing Machine which was shaking badly on the spin cycle. My washer is located in a storage shed and Matthew thought it could be the uneven/weak floor so he moved the washer outside to the concrete and the washer was just fine....no more shaking. I certainly appreciate his patience in finding the problem and saving me money on unnecessary parts. His honesty and dedication to his job are phenomenal.

Very happy with the whole process. Called Appliance Works on a Monday and tech Matt was here within 4 hours. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the replacement part. Tuesday, the part came in and a return visit was scheduled. Wednesday morning all was well and working as new.

Very happy with Applicance Works. Called to have our leaking ice maker looked at, and they sent Matt out within 2 days, a day after that the parts were in and it was repaired. Matt was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.

Matthew was spot on time. He knew right away how to fix the washer problem, but parts were not moveable at all. I knew this was a possibility from checking it out on the web. I offered to let Matthew just cut off the pillow case that was jammed under the agitator. He would not give up, and persisted for nearly an hour, doing heavy lifting and joggling to finally release it. Then he advised me on how to prevent this in the future. Kudos to Matthew!
